Jake was sad because he did badly on his finals. Not horribly bad, but less well than he would have hoped. That’s kind of a downer.

Fish potatoes are the rarest kind of potato there is. Its name comes because it grows its mustache to resemble that of the Mediterranean mustachioed fish. Fish potatoes are not really fish, but they often infiltrate Mediterranean mustachioed fish circles to tell stories and entertain them.

Kyle was sad because finals were hard.

I made this postcard with a fire breathing green caputaco for you.

It is believed that there are no fire breathing green caputacos living in the wild nor in captivity. For a while scientists were debating why there were no caputacos and if a poisonous cloud could have killed them all.

A scientist in a white garb eventually concluded that fire breathing caputacos never existed.

Kevin is sad because he has no one to use all of this pent up cuddle energy on!

The curvy flamingo found a pencil in a picnic table by the lake. She took it so that she could write a letter to her friend but then realized that she didn’t have any paper. She returned the pencil to where she found it and wrote a text message to her friend to tell him about the pencil.

Her friend is an ostrich and is vacationing in Brazil.

Taryn is sad because her best friend is all drunk and crying because her grandparents’ dog was put down. It was a chihuahua named lupe and apparently a good dog.

If a chicken and a dinosaur combine they would make a chickasaurus. The chickasaurus would be really big and it would use its beak to peck the leaves of the tallest trees.

A chickasaurus would taste great fried with french fries on the side but you would need a very big fryer to cook it.

miss beth is sad because she can’t know everyone in the world and she has less friends than she wishes to have.

I have a cat with 7 legs in my home. My cat with 7 legs walks just like a cat with 4 legs would walk if it had 7 legs. I drew it next to its favorite picture of an empty landscape. On days when there is a lot going on it sits and stares at the empty landscape and imagines that there’s not a lot going on.

Karina is sad because it’s midterm time and her extensive partying has created quite the setback. She doesn’t know how she’s going to pull this one off!

The sapomonster can run over water. It is the first creature to run across the English channel.

The third time it crossed the channel it brought a few hot dogs to eat on the way. One of the hot dogs fell in the water and attracted many sharks. That was also the day he set the record for the fastest crossing of the English channel.

frances is sad because she had to move to her dad’s house and she had to leave all her friends and her boyfriend.

This is a stegatosaurus. There is an intense debate as if stegatosauruses really existed. Some people say that the stegatosaurus fossils that have been found are simply stegosauruses at a dress-up as a cat party.

Dress-up as a cat parties were pretty popular during the Cretaceous period but not during the Jurassic period. This is why it is improbable that stegatosauruses are stegosauruses with costumes.

Alex is sad because her boyfriend ended their relationship.

The best place for a pirate ice cream to be is walking in front of some bushes. They really like to walk in front of bushes but cannot make this apparent if they want to maintain their tough exterior. The pirate ice cream in this picture has been walking in front of those bushes for hours and he is having a lot of fun.

Esculapio is anxious because he might or might not hear back from the job he applied to at any moment. He is sad because every day that passes makes him more pessimistic about getting it.

Red birds with long legs are not good at recognizing green frogs. The one in this picture thinks that the green frog is a small cactus. It tickles the frog when it pokes it with its beak. The red bird is amused with its discovery of the cactus that likes to be tickled.

Jen is sad because she has too much homework and not enough playtime. She was supposed to have an extra day off this week to finish her homework but her workplace took it away. She is stressed.

The sharing octopus collects many things and shares them with its friends. It has a flower, a lollipop and a harmonica. It would eat the flower, but it doesn’t like flowers. It would plant the lollipop, but he has not been lucky at growing lollipop trees.
